During the life of every individual, there are moments that can be described as “crossroads”, which cause us to search for that secret ingredient to achieve HEALING, PURPOSE, and FULFILLMENT. We jump from one thing to the next, seeking outside of ourselves for answers we hope will resolve our internal discord and give us the life we are looking for.

Personally, I know this very well. As an accomplished martial artist and combat sport athlete, I trained and fought across the globe, accumulating several championship belts, trophies and medals.  I sought reward in those avenues, thinking they would be enough to give me a sense of joy and fulfillment, only to find myself pondering the same thing whenever I returned home:
“There must be more to life than just this…”

I firmly believe we have everything we require within ourselves to live the life we want, waiting to be unlocked. I have dedicated many years of my life to the study of ancient philosophy across various intellectual traditions and I’ve come to learn that these “Ancients”, as I like to refer to them, repeatedly shared the same two simple words: KNOW THYSELF. 

Embracing these words and putting them into action acts as a catalyst for success across all accepts of life; Spirituality, Health, Relationships, Mindset and more. This is why I have set out and made it my mission to open the pathway for people to access the same AGELESS WISDOM, TIMELESS PRINCIPLES and PRACTICAL TOOLS that have transformed my life and the lives of others around the world.
